How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of homemadeeasy (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I was a little skeptical because the bristles are a bit farther apart than I would think needed to grab the hair. However, it works great and my kitties love it. It grabs and removes the loose hair wonderfully and I love the handle because on the traditional brush has a handle that sticks out and they always think its something to be afraid of. Love it.
My cat is 9 years old and I have tried many brushes and combs over the years which he has not liked. If he does not like something he will not allow me to use it. This comb he loves it! He will even ask for me to use it.
I wrote an extremely long review that got deleted before I could post it but to sum it up the brush looks exactly as pictured and works amazing when used correctly. You HAVE to start detangling VERTICALLY at your ends and work your way up then follow up horizontally. This is a must especially if you have extremely thick and curly hair like I do. I got those instructions from another post with the original brush and they really do make a difference. You will love seeing and feeling the brush flex through your hair. This is the first wash day in a long time that I did not have to separate my usual 4 detangling sections into smaller ones to reduce breakage.
There was way less shedding and breakage than normal which shocked me and I am very pleased to say detangling took less than HALF my normal time. To give you a picture, I have EXTREMELY thick and tightly curled 4b/4c/3c hair that generally takes well over 1 hr-1.5hrs to detangle not including styling. I used one brush with the attachment at the top for fear of ripping my hair out without it. I will try the other brush with the attachment at the middle of the brush and see if there is a difference. Over all I am very pleased with the purchase and will be referring other people to buy these brushes. For some reason I cannot upload pictures or videos right now but I will check back later.
This product is terrific! I am never able to completely detangle my daughter's super curly textured hair because it always ends in a crying battle. But with this brush, for the first time in her 8 years, I was able to detangle her hair within 20 minutes without the fuss! The clip that comes with it to stabilize the brush bristles pops off a lot so my 8 year old gave me the idea to put the hair bow around it and it worked perfectly!
I am blown away by how this brush actually works! I usually spend so much time detangling my hair and as a result, am left with bundles and bundles of hair everywhere- and that's with a wide tooth comb. Used this brush for the first time today, night and day! Would definitely recommend for those with black natural curly hair.
It works as discribed but there's a little hair that flies away.
I am biracial and omg this is the perfect comb/brush. I always broke regular combs even the wide tooth combs. I have really thick hair and it gets tangled. This is definitely the go to brush. I will use this type of brush forever.

I have used multiple combs on two cats, they both tend to bite other combs I comb their hair, but with shell shaped combs they bite much less, and stays steady and calm when I comb! This comb is a bit hard, with not much elasticity, but it can still do a good job getting hair down.
My cat usually doesn't like a small flea comb but she really loves this one - it doesn't pull too hard on her hair.

Can’t seem to really like it that’s unusual. These cats don’t like to be brushed. I wish it was a little bit bigger or my hand was smaller. It doesn’t pull on the fur. Harvests quite a bit! I would definitely buy one that was larger if they offered it.
It’s a good comb , but it still doesn’t get the mats out of long haired cats . It’s good for short hair cats I’m sure . I still have to use my shed monster brush , and a regular comb .
You can stroke either way, turn it around and it is light massager. My cat calms immediately with it.

Both my cars loves this! If I pick it up when my female cat is across the room, she runs and jumps on my lap begging to be combed. It seems fairly well made, but is completely plastic so time will tell on how it holds up. It combed through the matts that my male cat seems to get daily very nicely.
I wish we had known about this years ago. It makes combing our cat SO MUCH EASIER! She doesn't particularly like to be combed/brushed, but with this comb, she allows us to use it for a longer time. Works very well for getting out those stubborn knots.
